These terms cover your use of blacksyntax.com and the works we make available through it. They're written plainly on purpose. By entering and using the site, you agree to them. If you don't, that's alright — simply don't use it.

what we make

BLACK SYNTAX is an independent studio creating games, tools, and websites where sorcery meets AI. We offer them for you to enjoy and use. We may add, change, or retire any of them at any time — the dark rearranges itself.

using the site

Use it for its intended purpose. Don't try to break it, overload it, probe it for weaknesses without our permission, scrape it abusively, or use it to harm others or break the law. Don't impersonate someone else when you contact us. That's about the whole of it.

what belongs to us

The BLACK SYNTAX name, the sigil, the writing, the sound, the code, and the design of this experience are ours, or used with permission. Enjoy them here; don't copy, resell, or pass them off as your own without our written say-so. Product names and marks belong to their respective works.

doorways to other places

The menu opens onto our other works — COCO, THE MARK, #1 FIGHTER, Go-Go-Gomoku, our LLM tools, Zenith Suite — and some of these live on their own sites with their own terms and privacy notices. Once you step through a doorway, the terms of that destination apply. We're not responsible for services we don't run.

no guarantees

This site and its works are provided as they are. We pour care into them, but we can't promise they'll be flawless, uninterrupted, or fit for every purpose. Use them at your own discretion.

limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, BLACK SYNTAX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms removes rights you hold that cannot legally be waived.

changes

We may revise these terms. When we do, we'll update the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

which law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
